Please describe the interview / hiring process.
MBA candidate, so interview process was pretty structured. Bank came to school to meet students, and I followed up with one-on-one informationals. When it came time for submitting applications for closed list interviews I had put in enough time to guarantee a spot. Intervies happened pretty quickly. Back to back interviews on day one followed by super day at the office. Most questions where focused on behavioral rather then technical qualities.
