Summer Analyst - Equity Research

This was back in the Merrill days but interviewing process was pretty straight forward. I got accepted from a pure on campus resume drop and got shuttled into the non-target superday without even an initial phone screen. It was three interviews with a group interview with a bunch of associates and 2 separate interviews with 2 covering analysts. Relaxed atmosphere with a mix of case study, technicals, a lot of fit and of course the ever prevalent pitch me a stock. I got the offer the day after a day of waiting and the rest is history.
