What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a phone interview first with the recruiter, mostly behavioral (think they were in HR). Lots of questions on working as a team and past experiences on the resume. Had a previous summer working in banking so spoke mostly about that.
Second round was a lot more technical. A lot of market/economic related questions (relationship between exchange rates and inflation, debt ceiling discussion, talks about Eurozone).
Ended up not making it to the superday.
