What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Standard forms on the web - education, achievements, some diversity questions + CV and Cover Letter, including the division you have chosen to apply to
2. Phone call to discuss CV / motivation (strangely, some of my friends did not get the call! Those include both successful and unsuccessful candidates, but I would still advise you to prepare)
3. The interview is pretty simple, you should NOT expect any hard technical questions, as it is only an insight programme, not a full 9-10 week internship. I've been asked mostly about my previous experience of internships, why BOAML, why this group, etc
