Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial short list was drawn based on an application form. This was followed by a one-on-one interview on the day of campus placements. The interview was a combination of technical qs and personality assessment. It seems that for research profile they wanted to take someone who could slog for long without getting frustrated (should not be very goal oriented). Besides checking technical skills, they really wanted to assess personality to meet above criteria
