Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Cold emailed the guy (found his info on google), spoke with him on the phone, sent him my resume, went into his office to speak with him, he asked me many questions about my resume and why I wanted to intern in wealth management, there were no stock pitches or anything, just articulating a reason "why finance" essentially, he brought in several other people working in his office to speak with me, and then he showed me what an intern would do on a typical day in the office
