First there is a career night where other applicants attend. This involves the branch manager discussing the role and seeing if you are a good fit for the office personality wise. It is a good idea to find ways to stand out and speak out.
You will have to take a test to determine the likelihood you will pass the series 7 and 66. This test is pretty basic. Simple percentages and maybe some general asset questions.
Next you have an interview with the branch manager. The interview will be focused on how you will grow your business. Bring a nicely organized business plan to impress. Use hard numbers if you can but at this point it can be generalized.
Next is the interview with the complex director. The complex director is going to want to see a business plan with hard numbers explaining how you will get to $30 mil in assets managed by the end of the third year. Usually, he won't read it and it is just a target to shoot at to see how you handle objections and some pressure. If you put cold calling make sure you know how hard it really is. They will probably press you on this.
