Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round at school with Alums (Penn State), then 4 people made it through for Superdays in NYC. Superday was 3, 30 minute interviews, either 1o1, 2o1, or 3o1, depending on availability (a few people had to duck out to take calls). I found out I got the offer just a few hours afterwards.
