Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I contacted an alumni using Linked and then was able to get his reference. Using that I applied and got a call for a phone interview. First of all the interview started with asking basic information about myself and then they talked about the basic stuff for the position. Then we talked for about 10 mins why I want to get into finance from engineering. And then after that I was asked a few technical question on valuation and things like CAPM. This is where I had a problem answering the questions.
