What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was referred by an analyst from a previous internship in IB.
Received a call from HR asking if I could come in the following day, but I couldn't attend due to commitments at my university which was out of town.
Arranged a phone interview instead for the following day.
After arranging the phone interview I received an offer from another firm that would explode the following day which I knew I would be taking.
I still took the phone interview and there were two interviewers on the line, an analyst and an associate.
The phone interview lasted for about 30 minutes with 'second round' phone calls going out the next day.
