Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had four 1/2 hour phone interviews with VP level employees, afterwhich I was summoned for an additional four interviews with Senior VPs and MDs.Each MD level interview was an hour long, scheduled two in the morning, then lunch with two VPs, and two in the afternoon, seperated by coffee with another VP. Waited a full two days before they got back to me letting me know I was accepted, and an additional two days for HR to get to me with an offer.
