Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process with this firm started with networking phone calls months in advance of the actual on campus interviews. After several phone calls with Analysts in the office, I visited the office and met more senior people. About a month later, the company was on campus for presentations, interviews, and cocktail receptions. Formal interview was on campus and received an offer that day. Ended up interning there and accepting a FT offer after the summer.
