Investment Banking Analyst

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. After initial contact, the recruiter set up four back to back interviews for me, with people at the Associate through MD level. Two of the interviews were technical, two were behavioral. Shortly after my 4 interviews, I was contacted again by the recruiter to come in and meet with 4 other people - all of the same level as the first round. I really enjoyed everyone I met with and the culture of the group. Did not hear back from them for about 3 weeks, and was extended an offer at that time.
