Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was actually quite disappointing. The interviewers were both VPs, and they were quite condescending. No other firm had interviewers with such a negative perspective, and they simply turned me off from BAML. This was also probably the reason why it was so hard for me to take them seriously, and thus, killed my interview performance. Overall, pretty disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend BAML to anyone.
