IB Summer Analyst

Networked to get the inside contact, who then had me brought in for a superday.

Had one 2 on 1 interview with really nice guys (an analyst and an associate) and a lot of it was behavioral based. Checked to see if I understood finance with the $10 depreciation effect of the financial statements question.
Then had a 1 on 1 interview with a VP whom I had already met before when I was initially networking, so it was all mainly a conversation.
After this when I was about to leave I was asked to speak with an MD, who pretty much just wanted to know why I wanted to be at that bank and in that group.

I think I didn't get the offer because I wasn't aggressive enough in the interviews, and was up against very highly qualified competition.

In the end, I got a spot in another superday with the same bank at another office.
