1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was contact the by Assistant VP at Merrill and we set up an in person interview and went to the office to intern. He was very quick with updates and replies and got back to me within the following saying I had not received the offer. I contacted him again in the summer for a Fall internship and received an offer because of my previous experience and initial interview.
