What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round interview was held on-campus. It consisted of a 30 minutes 2 on 1 interview. I met with an analyst and a director from Emerging Market Latin America Sales. Both were alums. The interview was very fit focused. There was very little on the technical side.
The Superday consisted of four 30 minute 1 on 1 interviews. Three of them were fit based, and one was slightly technical (just market knowledge).
I felt that the first round interview was a bit quick and seemed cold initially. However, after moving on to the superday they were very friendly and willing to help prepare for the next rounds. I definitely enjoyed the people that I met during the superday. They were very friendly and all seemed to enjoy their jobs.
