Financial Advisor - PMD Program

I was contacted by a recruiter who then forwarded my resume to ML's regional HR office. After an initial screening phone interview my resume was then passed on to the local ML HR office who also conducted another phone interview. They sent a bunch of paperwork for me to fill out for the background check and to verify a clean U4. I assume that I didn't have to take the skills test since I already have my Series 7. You need to have your Series 7 and 66 within several weeks of beginning the 3-year program. I also had to write a business plan. They scheduled an in-person 1:1 interview at the office after the paperwork was submitted. Everyone, including the 1:1 interviewer was professional and focused on ensuring that it was something I really wanted to do as it required a commitment of time and a lot of drive.
