Credit Analyst

The position was posted through college career center's website. We had to apply to both the career website as well as BofAML's career website (a link was provided). First round interviews consisted of two-30 minute interviews with Executive Directors on campus. We we're notified a week later about second round interviews. Second round interviews were held at the NYC HQ building. The interviews consisted of two batches of students, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, with 4 students in each batch. Each student had four-30 minute interviews back to back with Managing Directors from different groups (namely from Industrials and Financial Institutions groups). Interview questions were mostly fit and behavioral based. My advice to any prospective interviewer is to really know your resume and yourself. Interviewers asked a lot of open ended as well as specific questions about my reasoning, past experience, and future goals. Most important is to be in the moment, show excitement and passion, and be friendly and personable.
