Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First interview was on campus, fairly standard finance interview with behavioral questions and a run through of valuation techniques. Second round interview in office in Charlotte, NC. Brought in ~15 candidates for 2-3 spots. Range of schools represented from the South East. Questions ranged from behavioral to technical including a walkthrough of depreciation and WACC.
