2025 Investment Banking Internship

The interview process started late February when I received a Hirevue for the firm, which consisted of 4 questions where I had 3 minutes to answer each question. After around 2 weeks (second week of March) I was invited for a Superday that consisted of 1 25 minute technical interview and 1 25 minute behavorial interview. Getting the BofA Hirevue is selective (not everyone gets it) but I was able to by having a couple great networking calls, as well as being from a semi-target which I think definitely helped as there was alumni presences at the firm. The Hirevue was pretty standard - why BofA, and then three more situational questions was what that looked like. The first interview in the Superday was all technical - there were a couple accounting questions, and then the way they asked the valuation questions was by giving numbers and seeing how you understood the formulas essentially. The next 25 minutes was the second interview which was behavorial, and this section was standard questions. Each of the superdays interviews had one interviewer per section, and they were both very friendly and helpful.
