What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I interviewed at an MBA level.
It consisted of 2.5 rounds of interviews.
The first portion was the ".5th" round. This consisted of schmoozing during the on-campus recruiting events and with your fellow students. The thing about Bain is you need a former employee to refer you in order to get a first round interview. Otherwise you don't even make it to first round.
The first round was very straightforward--2 case interviews with one person at your level and one partner. It consisted of a 15-min fit interview and a 35 minute case. Some of the cases were slide-heavy.
The second round consisted of one partner giving you another case. Another hour-long fit interview, and finally a "written case" where you are given a deck of slides and you have to present your findings for a specific problem to a partner.
