What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was over the course of 2-3 days and on-campus, with the first day being first-round interviews consisting of two, 30 minute case interviews with very pleasant interviewers (one was a Business Analyst and the other was a Business Associate). The cases were not very difficult and the interviewers definitely helped you along the way and I felt that they genuinely wanted you to succeed. The second day was the second- or final-round interviews, consisting of another two case interviews, however they were a bit longer (an hour each) and with higher levels of management.
