-Alpine's interview process was unlike any I had previously gone through. It was exhaustive and comprehensive. I met with everyone in the firm, and the most unique part of the process was their "deep dive" interview where I was interviewed 1-1 for 3 hrs. I learned later that the intent behind this was not a stress test or anything like that but to go through your educational history and see how you handled different situations
