Mr. Bloom seemed pleasant when he contacted me. I was skeptical due to the supposedly optional inclusion of a training program, which would cost around $1,000 to participate in. During the interview, Mr. Bloom insisted that the training program was core - when I politely declined due to the cost, he was immediately cold and unwelcoming. At the end of the interview, it was made known that if I were to take up the offer, I would need to sign up for the training program. Again, I politely declined.
