Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Received a first round interview through my school's OCR (I believe that Allen & Company only formally recruits from UPenn, Michigan, and Georgetown). First round on-campus interview consisted of two separate 30 minute interviews; one was a 1-on-1, and the other was a 2-on-1. They brought in a two associates and a VP. Really nice people - basic fit questions (with a heavy focus on Allen's tech/media/entertainment specialty), and some advanced technicals.

Was invited back to a superday, which consisted of a breakfast, and 6 back-to-back interviews, each of them being a 2-on-1, with a range of people from analysts to partners at the firm. These interviews ranged from very fit-based and introspective to heavily technical. Got to meet some really cool partners along the way (including George Tenet, former director of the CIA). Overall a really positive interview experience.
