Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was connected through an employee who put me in touch with the HR team for a preliminary first round interview. The next stage was a phone interview with someone on the acquisition team to discuss the role and my background to identify a fit. After the first round with a member of the team, candidates are invited to the office for a second round consisting of a case study and interview with senior members. My advice would be to prepare a list of reasons why Acadia (a REIT) is a perfect company to work for in real estate. Know how to value a real estate property and how to model a return analysis. Main point is fit so audition the team as they are also auditioning you.
