after sending the resume, invited for the first HR interview if they are happy with your CV. most general questions, such as leadership experience, why banking, why ABN, what is my career goal, give example of a team work experience, my role in the team work, etc
then i got invitation for online test: verbal, numeral and logical. quite simple.
then was invited for the next round interview with some managers. I failed on this one. they look quite nice and friendly. But i don't know what they exactly want to look for from me.
