      Step #2: Online Assessment (Casey)

      BCG utilizes an online assessment tool called Casey. Be prepared to clarify with your recruiter the specific assessment you will be required to take.

      Step #3: First-Round Interview

      The first-round interview at BCG typically lasts for 45 minutes. The initial 10-15 minutes will focus on exploring your background, ambitions, and experiences. The remaining 25-30 minutes will involve a case-study interview.

      Step #4: Second-Round Interview
