VC Compensation via Mark Suster
Compensation in various roles and companies is often of great interest here. I thought I'd share salary info I heard from a "This Week in Start Ups" podcast. Mark Suster was very open and the episode as a whole is great for those interested in VC and entrepreneurship. But the easiest info to share is:

Junior "Partner": 500k-750k
Partner: 1MM-2MM
Mid-Market
Junior Partner: 250k-500k
Partner: 150K+ typically but most of comp is performance based
