Help: Leaving IB for VC/GE

Currently at a BB IB (MS, GS, JPM). Really looking to break into VC or Growth and go after a more entrepreneurial experience. Prior worker at a VC and now realized banking is not the best fit for me ultimately.

Looking for advice on how to break in ASAP. Any help appreciated
