Good P&L numbers
What are GENERAL P&L numbers for the following:
1) Book size (how much they can have at risk)
2) Good daily P&L to shoot for (50, 75, 90 percentile figures)
3) Good annual P&L to shoot for (probably (2) multiplied by 252, but shit happens) (50, 75, 90 percentile figures)
3) Minimum P&L needed to not get fired/moved
Please list expectations for 1st-years, 2nd-years, and 3rd+.
Much appreciated.
Maybe, JUST MAYBE, this might vary from desk to desk. Just maybe.
one billion dollars
If possible, please give answers for your desk and/or desks with which you are familiar.
Thank you for your help.
