Would yall chat with a kid with fraternity on his resume
There's this non target kid who reached out to me and ask for a coffee chat, and on his resume the first few lines said he's in a frat with a relatively low GPA( < 3.6). Would yall give him a chance?

Wtf? A frat alone doesn't give a kid a chance, and 3.6 isn't that bad of a GPA. I think you should worry less about his frat and more about the rest of his resume
