URGENT: Formatting error on CV - send update or not?
I have just sent through LinkedIn my CV to a senior person in a firm I am applying to. Two company names on the CV are one space off compared to the other company names so alignment is slightly messed up. Should I send the person the updated CV, or just not say anything and hope they don't notice/care?
I haven't seen your CV but based on what you're saying it's just a minor thing (aesthetics) and nothing to worry about. Screening the CV takes a few seconds so I don't think they will even notice that/pay much attention to it. Trust me, I have seen real mistakes on decks shown to other teams in my company/customers and even then employees didn't care
