Two Short Stints This Year On Resume

I started a new job this year in January that  I left a couple months later in March for a career reasons (responsibilities and higher pay). I was recently laid off from this subsequent role and now have two short stints already this year (my only experience prior to both was one analyst role for 2+ years).

  1. Can I leave one of these off my resume?
  2. What are good reasons to explain leaving a role so soon?

Thanks guys, I really appreciate your help.
