Review my resume plz :) CV for finance industry Singapore from Germany

Hello guys,

I'm a final year student at the university of Cologne, Germany and I would like to apply for a job for the finance industry in Singapore.

I hope you can help me little bit - our German CV looks a little bit differently than the US one and I'm not sure if the uploaded one I'm presenting you, fits to the Singaporean finance criteria.

A positive reference from you would enhance my prospects of getting a job in Singapore.

Thank you for your consideration.

:)

I'm familiar with the lebenslauf, so I'm keenly aware of the cultural/linguistic issues into "conversion" into an American resume or British CV. The biggest problem you'll have is not the formatting (although obviously, DON't have 2 pages or your picture) but the content. I'm assuming the text is just placeholders but expect to have much more detail into your actual work experiences than what you would find in your German CV.

For Singapore, the style you are using should be fine (with appropriate spelling, i.e. "realised" "honoured", etc)

Make sure the spacing between experiences is consistent. OFW on your template looks like its further down than it should be.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
