Resume for Asset Management
Hi everyone,
So, I'm graduating this year and I'm on the lookout for internships or off-cycle opportunities. I missed out on internships in my second year due to some personal stuff, but hopefully I can gain experience this year then apply for grad schemes or entry level roles later on.
I've been really interested in Asset Management lately, and I'm hoping to get some feedback and tips on how to tweak my CV for this field.
I know it's probably better to have a more general CV, but right now, this is all I've got. Any advice on what parts I should keep or adjust for a more general version would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
I mean the CV is fine for what you have but what you have isn't a lot and you're going to struggle to get looks in AM which is fairly competitive.
I would really broaden your scope a lot. Big 4, tier 2 accounting firms for example.
Thanks for your feedback! I understand and right now, I'm just looking to get experience in AM (it does't have to be in BB firms). Actually I've also been eyeing on EY then maybe move to Asset Management later on but how hard would that transition be?
