Private deals on resume / during interview

Hi all,

If I worked on a deal that was publicly announced, but for a sponsor buyout of a private company, would it make sense to anonymize it when including in the resume so that I can talk about deal / model specifics during the actual interview?

Otherwise, would it be kosher to include the names on the resume, but when talking about it speak broadly in terms of ballpark numbers / assumptions?
