How to show overlapping work experience as independent consultant in resume?

Hi,

I have been doing independent product management consulting under my sole proprietorship for the last few years. Via this company, I worked as a PM consultant for multiple companies at the same time and was wondering how to show these experiences in my resume.

Would it be better to list these companies under self-employed, sorted by their end dates or would it be better to list all of them as bullet points under self-employed?
