How to "bankify" this specific job title?

Hey guys,

I am trying to tweak my resume and I was looking over some resume tips on Mergers and Inquisitions about bankifying job titles. Aside from business I also had a keen interest in community service and the place where I interned was at a well known non-profit in the Dallas area where I interned as (formally titled) the "Community Outreach and Development Intern". This internship was almost not business related at all (involved board meetings, cold calling/e-mailing, creating a proposal -- small business related things like that). To go in depth here were some of the main job duties on my resume for the internship:

• Arranged long-term connections with other non-profit organizations in the area to create community service opportunities for youth (involved cold calling, cold e-mailing, and personal visits to other non profit offices in the area)
• Worked with non-profit leaders and board members to effectively teach youth in the area about community service (wrote a written proposal at the end of my internship)
• Assisted in transition documentation records system to a more efficient computer based records system
* Started a pilot community service program at the non profit that will officially launch this summer

Does anyone have any tips that would help "bankify" the job title and descriptions a bit? I am looking to enter and land a preferably unpaid (looking towards just gaining experience/knowledge to put forth for the big "junior internship -- I just completed my freshman year at university and about to enter my sophomore year) at a local investment management firm or a local BAML branch for summer 2013.

Any advice/suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated

Thank You
