They may be stalled in the process - punch Hazelview (the parent company) into your browser and read some of the recent news, tough times over there right now.
EDIT: Lol @ the MS that one guy who is clearly working at Hazelview hit me with. It's no secret on the street, don't be mad.
Yeah, I actually got a verbal offer from Hazelview in Dec, but they took it back because of their troubles. However, I thought that Timbercreek would run those own balance sheet and they are doing well. Didn’t Hazelview completely spin off from TC?
I mean as far as I know Timbercreek still feeds into their 4Q fund. It's a separate entity but ultimately they're all intertwined.
What role and level was the offer for? What was their comp?

Curious to know as well
off topic slightly but did any one apply to the MidStar associate role? If so, any insights on the firm, don’t know much of it except that they owned by CC&L?
Check out peakhill, they’re hiring a first year analyst if you’re fresh out of uni
Thanks but I’m a year into full-time now and just exploring options for what’s out there. I’m a non-ib role so could be harder to lateral places but still will try.
I had someone refer me recently however I haven't heard back either. I spoke with the VP in Toronto at a networking event and they had indicated interviews are underway. Curious to know what y'all thing the comp range is. Seems like a 2nd year analyst/senior analyst type of role.
Underway as in they’ve already started them? Or are going to start?
