Roast My Resume for REPE

Let me know what you all think of my resume. Trying to make the switch from lender to equity so want to know, 1) is my current resume good enough for some looks? Or do I need another "skipping stone" role? and 2) what should I include/take out to stand out to REPE firms/headhunters? The resume is heavily edited for anonymity.

Will also mention I applied for NYU MSRE for Spring/Summer 2021 and am considering doing that FT if I can't land anything solid before.

Thank you all

So, was the appraisal internship and job at the same firm? If so, you should consolidate these and simplify, you are using a lot of real estate for a job you are not seeking. This should be shortened even if at different firms.

What you should add is a fair question, increasing size and formatting is probably good idea. I personally like "professional summary" sections, but not sure how they look for analysts, but I still like to see a quick summary paragraph to let me know who you are, what you have done, and what you can do.

I'm not really moving yet, just open to the right opportunity and also wanna get a good resume for REPE recruiting next year. I plan on (for now) staying at my firm until next spring/summer since it lines up with going FT grad school (summer 2021) so I can finish/start working FT again earlier... Just want to be as competitive as possible before grad school so I can have a presentable resume to send to alums/connections while attending.

However, there are reasons specific to my firm as to why I am open to new work. Hasn't been pretty lately and doesn't look like it will get better.
