Anyone wanna play around in my model?

Just built from scratch a SFR value-add acquisition model with GP/LP partnership waterfall and debt capabilities. I'm considering sporadic opportunities to syndicate on a small SFR deal, just to dip my toes into the GP role.

It's relatively barebones but also pretty dynamic IMO. I'm wondering if anyone who's decently familiar with models would care to dive in and stress test it, suggest fixes and improvements, etc.

LMK and I can send to you. Thanks.
