German PE - Comp Survey

Hello everyone,

Looking for some datapoints on PE Comp in Germany. If you have existing surveys or good datapoints from external sources, that would be welcomed!

On my end (all EUR):

Assoc 2: 70k fix, 50k Bonus (can go up to 70k), 2% Carry on EUR 200-250m fund.

Thanks - much appreciated.

I am an analyst in Frankfurt and get 75k fix + 40-50k bonus. Associates make 90k-100k fix + 80-90k bonus. From what I have heard is that assoc. salary ranges between 160-200k, depending on fund size.

Can confirm. I´m a 2nd year associate at a Frankfurt-based MM fund (latest fund €1-3bn).

Current comp is €130k base + 40-50% bonus and some additional goodies (carry-like long-term incentive, pension, etc.).

On average i work 60h per week (9-9, no weekends), with deal sprints going up to 100h for maybe 3-6 weeks per year and some more relaxed weeks at 40-50h.
