Interested in moving to Dallas after my IB stint (have ties to area), but am over getting killed for the sake of prestige. Any place with cool people that I can work sub 60 most weeks? Totally fine if it’s FO or smaller stuff too.

I think Trinity Hunt and Centeroak are relatively reasonable places to work. On the flip side, Trive, Kainos, and Gauge will all work you hard.
To be honest, Dallas IB / PE leans mostly towards sweaty / hardo for some reason
I don’t love to hear that, but I am happy to know I’m not crazy. Was getting these vibes from most places.
