Why do BBs recruit so many new grads from shit schools?

So many people being hired from bumfuck State University... what is happening to this industry. I would take the worst student at Harvard over some 1200 SAT frat from "Penn State" or "Baruch College". Four years at Harvard or Wharton says more than a three hour interview ever could. "Financial aid" is a cope. "School environment" is a cope. If you couldn't get admitted to a top university then there's no shame in embracing your mediocrity.
