My gift to you has ten zeroes

With it being the holidays and knowing that a few Bankers here love this scene I felt this was appropriate.

How many of you here are cringing at the fact that you might be working Christmas Eve?

Got to love work/life balance.

Happy Holidays WSO.

One of my favorite Nicholas Cage movies. First thing I'm doing when I move to NYC is singing Rigoletto while in boxers overlooking the skyline.

Not working tomorrow...but only because the building is closed, and he doesn't want to have to request any overtime A/C.

If I were single, would be not be a big deal either way, but now I have a bf I want to visit.

thanks for the post...I'll watch this as i lie on the couch thinking about all the poor monkeys out there!

Will have to enjoy it before i join them!

Do what you want not what you can!

A completely underrated movie. This should be part of the 25 days of Christmas.

NO MONTY IT IS THE SAME GIRL! She plays a dual part of the sl*tty neighbor in the alternate reality and the escourt in the actual reality.

Haha what were all those movies? I don't think I've seen more than four or five of those.

Yeah, some of his movies have been weak, but I've really liked (off the top of my head):

  1. Gone in 60 Seconds
  2. Snake Eyes
  3. National Treasure 1 and 2
  4. Lord of War
  5. Family Man

Frankly, I can't think of a Cage movie that I've personally seen (and I'm no movie buff so I've seen about 10 of his movies) that I haven't liked.

He lost all his money so he needs to do as many films as possible and just get his quote rather than worry about the quality of the script.

National Treasure (just like Pirates 1) was a good film. The sequels were garbage designed to sucker people into seeing a crap film because of its brand.

I would not lump National Treasure 2 in with the unadulterated crap of Pirates of the Caribbean 2 and 3, although I'll admit that National Treasure 2 was not as good. But yeah, there is a parallel in that both National Treasure and Pirates sequels tried WAY too hard.
