Is your boss a hardo?
Curious to know if anyone else works for a hardo (for their boss). Hardo meaning he or she is always mad, likes to shit on you, and makes you think ur gonna have a bad performance review, but then actually ends up being fair at the end.
My boss is actually a really good guy, very well trained as a manager with more than 20 years of experience in managing large teams. His PA however, is not a nice person.
Our group MD is also seen as not capable when it comes to digital capabilities. he is old-school.
So is he a hardo ?
nah never really
edit: ive worked with peers that were hardo's though. gets you know where. like, what you trying to compensate for?
Yes, he criticizes me for minutiae, and then does in fact ding me in my review for those things as well.
Worked for one that pretends to be a hardo - thats the worst kind. Slacks off 2 hours after lunch and comes back online at 1am to make sure the team is still working. MoFo needs to be struck by lightning
Lol what the FUCK...
I am the HARDEST HARDO
