I lost my sense of smell again

Just tested positive for COVID for the second time. I'm fully vaccinated and my sense of smell was gone for about a year and a few months. I basically just got it back to full capacity (it was like 20% what it was the majority of the time), and yesterday it vanished again.

FML now I guess all the cologne samples I bought will have to wait until 2024...

Anyone able to get their sense of smell back quickly after COVID?

Holy shit, this is my worst fear. I got it twice - the 1st one and then Omicron and fortunately I did not lose smell and taste a second time because like you It took me so long to get it. The first thing I did was grill up a steak and some peach cobbler when I got my taste back and I'm not exaggerating when I say losing taste again would probably be the worst thing to happen to me now lol.

I had covid around a year and a half ago - I'm still waiting for my sense of smell to come back to 100% functionality, I'm operating at about 20% too. Is there something you did to get it back?

sorry kindheartedconsultant, have you tried creating a tree diagram to figure out what went wrong? Please add some structure, and I am sure you'll get ur answer. cheers

now you can fart and shit your pants whenever and act like you don't notice anything. afterall, whoever smelt it dealt it
