I Have A Problem

As of now I am sitting on a bunch of offers from non-targets. I want to break into IB. I'm thinking of accepting Heriot Watt as the prospects of doing an exchange head to make connections seems like a good idea. OR I wait until next year and hope and pray for St Andrews or Edinburgh. Right now I'm looking at decent enough exam results but not what I need to get into them.

I'm conflicted on what to do. Do I take the risk and move to Heriot Watt or do I stay the extra year and push for a semi-target?
